To Rod T:
Your recent troubles are there to inspire you, not to irritate you. Don't take the easy way out, even though such a way is obvious to you right now. There is a skill or two you're supposed to learn through this. Cheating yourself out of learning these valuable lessons will bite you in the ass later.
To the brown haired girl with the red scarf:
He's just being nice, but really doesn't like you in that way. I know, I know, he's cute, and you'd like a piece. But he'd never really give you the love and respect you deserve. No point in setting yourself up just to be used for a while, is there? Hmmmm. I suppose you have a point there, but still, not healthy in the long term. You're still quite young, starting up bad habits in forming your relationships now is a Bad Plan. My advice (the non-etherial mundane sort unfortunatly) is to just concentrate on making good friends, the other kind of friend will happen later all on it's own. Best way to make a good friend is to be one.
To the mother of a crying baby with a spotty red rash:
Your baby is having an allergic reaction to your milk. Nothing to do with the brand of soap, though your instincts were right in that your old brand was making the rash more uncomfortable. See a doc, you'll probably need to switch out to soy or special formula. Can't tell which from here.
To the lab tech testing day in and out with a transculent blue fluid:
Wow. You are one dedicated man. If you were anyone else I'd be saying something like 'take a breather' or 'don't forget to peek out at the world and enjoy what you're trying to save'. But you don't need that advice, and most likely you're just in the stream because you've turned laboratory work into your own personalized kung-fu. And it is strong. What I've learned here is that any activity can be a source of art, beauty and power if one is properly dedicated to its pursuit and perfection. Way to be man, way to be.
